Shipping Coverage
We ship to all Romanian regions (urban and rural). Remote areas may incur slight delays, which we’ll notify you of upon order confirmation. International shipping is not available.
Shipping Costs
Costs are based on order weight, dimensions, and destination, displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions (with specified terms) may apply. Bulky/heavy items may have extra fees, communicated pre-confirmation.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery estimates (excluding weekends/holidays):
- Urban Areas: 2-3 business days post-order confirmation.
- Rural/Remote Areas: 3-5 business days post-order confirmation.
Delays may occur due to external factors or stock shortages. We’ll notify you of out-of-stock items and offer refund/alternative options.
Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends/holidays). Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Contact us if no tracking is received within 2 business days.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Valid ID may be required for delivery. Unclaimed orders will prompt re-delivery arrangements or storage notifications.
- Inspect orders upon receipt. Report damage/missing items within 24 hours with photos and delivery receipt.
- Undelivered orders (incorrect address/unclaimed) incur re-shipping fees. Uncontactable customers get refunds minus shipping/return costs after 14 days.
Shipping Restrictions & Changes
Oversized items require specialized delivery; hazardous materials are not shipped. Address changes are only possible before dispatch—contact us immediately for adjustments.
