This policy outlines returns, refunds, exchanges, and rental cancellations. By purchasing or renting from us, you agree to these terms.
Product Returns & Refunds
Eligibility:
Return unused, undamaged products in original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days. Opened safety gear, customized tools, and misuse-damaged items are non-returnable.
Process:
Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number, ship the item (you cover return cost unless defective/our error), and we’ll process refunds/exchanges within 7 business days post-inspection.
Defective Products:
Report defects within 3 days of receipt with photos. We offer free replacement, refund, or repair, covering return shipping.
- Cancel 48+ hours pre-pickup: Full deposit/fee refund.
- Cancel <48 hours pre-pickup: Forfeit 50% of deposit.
- No-shows/same-day cancellations: Forfeit full deposit/fees.
- Early returns: No refund for unused rental period.
You’re liable for rental equipment damage/loss; deposit may cover repair/replacement costs.
Eligible products can be exchanged within 14 days, subject to availability. Out-of-stock items qualify for a refund.
