Introduction

Eligibility
You must be 18+ with legal capacity to purchase/rent. If acting for a company, you warrant authority to bind the entity.
Orders & Purchases
Orders are offers we may accept/reject (e.g., out of stock, fraud). A contract forms upon order confirmation. Prices (RON, VAT-inclusive) are final post-confirmation. Payment is due upfront; we reserve the right to cancel unpaid/fraudulent orders.
Rental Services
A rental agreement (provided at booking) outlines terms. A refundable deposit (based on equipment value) is required; refunded within 7 days of undamaged return. Use equipment safely per manufacturer guidelines; no modification without consent. Late returns incur daily fees.
Liability & Safety
We warrant products are defect-free for 12 months (manufacturer warranties may apply). We’re not liable for injury/damage from improper use. Inspect safety gear before use; report defects promptly.
Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
Our website content is proprietary; no copying without consent. We’re not liable for indirect/consequential damages; total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product/service.
Governing Law & Termination
Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved via negotiation; failing that, courts of Ilfov. We may terminate services for breach of terms.
